Sediliopsis patuxentia is an extinct species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Pseudomelatomidae, the turrids and allies.[1]

Distribution
Fossils of this species were found in Miocene Strata of the Chesapeake Bay, Maryland, USA.
