Triodanis biflora is a species of flowering plant native to the Americas and known commonly as small Venus' looking-glass.[1] The flower is solitary and has a bell-shaped blue or purple corolla. Its leaf arrangement is alternate and its leaf type is simple. Its leaves are thin, serrate and sessile. The typical flowering season is in the late spring to early summer, specifically from May to June.[2] It only flowers once per year which makes it an annual plant. This life history strategy influences its sexual and mating strategies because it only has one growing season.
