Vladracula is a genus of fungi within the Rhytismataceae family.[2]
This parasitic genus was named after Vlad the Impaler because the Hungarian nobleman is often credited as the inspiration for the titular vampire in Bram Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula.[1]
