Since 1994, David's brother, Edward (Ned) Blinick, has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Blinco Systems. Before joining the company, Ned acted as CEO of S. Blinick Company Ltd.

The company, privately held and based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, began as a developer of business software solutions[buzzword] for Importers and Exporters.
