Company history

ComputerSupport.com was founded in 2006, by immigrants to the United States Kirill Bensonoff and Alexandric Ho.[2] The founders were both professional IT Consultants focused on network planning and design and Microsoft technologies prior to founding StratusPointIT. The founders met while working at Insight Enterprises. The company was originally organized as Spirinet Technology Services LLC, then renamed to ComputerSupport.com, and later to StratusPointIT.

In 2013, in conjunction with Citrix Systems, ComputerSupport released the next generation of their ITAnyWhere Cloud service.[3] In October 2014, ComputerSupport.com acquired VP Solutions Inc, of Framingham, Massachusetts .[4]The company is noted for its market position in cloud computing[5]and Desktop As A Servicespaces.

In 2015, ComputerSupport.com influenced the launch of Unigma, an application aimed at helping CSPs (cloud service providers) companies monitor IaaS Clouds. Unigma was acquired by Kaseya[6] in 2017. In 2016, ComputerSupport.com launched a NOC solution — dubbed ITAnyWhere NOC — for middle market enterprises. The NOC offers around-the-clock network, server and cloud monitoring, escalation and remediation services[7]

In 2019, Bensonoff published a guide for new real estate investors titled 'Achieving Wealth Through Real Estate: A Definitive Guide To Controlling Your Own Financial Destiny Through a Successful Real Estate Business' featuring advice on legal structures, funding, taxes and other aspects of starting a real estate business[8].
