It was acquired by Upland Software (UPLD) in November 2014.

The software is regularly updated, with roughly four new major releases per year.
Interface
The Eclipse PPM interface consists of customizable dashboards with 'drag and drop' technology. Users can edit project financials, information, and time tracking in a method similar to spreadsheets.
