Fairown is a green fintech company that provides financial technology for hardware subscriptions. Through their payment platform, banks, brands, and retailers can offer products as a service for monthly subscriptions and manage product renewal cycles. Consumers can buy products for monthly instalments and upgrade to a newer product at predetermined times.
The goal is to enable the circular economy by taking back used products, refurbishing and reselling or recycling them. This way, devices don’t end up in landfills and are used for their maximum value.
