KYT Group is a Ukrainian group of companies, an operator at the currency exchange market in Ukraine, as well as an international multiservice product FinTech platform of the same name, operating in the marketplace format.[2]
As of July 2025, the KYT Group network covers 31 cities in Ukraine and includes 98 currency exchange offices.[3]
History and activities
The company has been operating since 2007.[4] It conducts currency exchange operations with cash and non-cash funds, securities, precious and banking metals, and provides advice on capital management.
At the end of 2023, KYT Group was among the top three largest taxpayers among currency exchange companies in Ukraine.[5][6]
In December 2024, KYT Group supported the 8th Ukrainian Investment Roadshow international conference and presented KYT Invest — securities trading division.[7]
In 2023–2024, KYT Group underwent a transformation that included updating its business model and brand, modernizing and developing its digital infrastructure, and expanding its network.[8]
Social projects
In May 2025, the company donated UAH 500,000 to the artillery reconnaissance division of the Separate Artillery Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine.[9]
As of July 2025, the company had allocated a total of UAH 19 million to charity, educational and humanitarian projects, and support for the military (UAH 12 million to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and UAH 7 million to social initiatives).[10]

- KYT Group was ranked among the top three leaders of the Ukrainian financial market among non-bank financial institutions in the “Best Fintech Company” category (2025, according to Delo.ua's “TOP 100. Ratings of the Largest”)[11]
- Winner of the Banker Awards (2024, in the category “Reliable and Technological Partner for Exchange Transactions”)[12]
