KleenSpeed Technologies is a Silicon Valley based company founded in 2007 to create electric vehicle systems.

Description

Founders from November 2007 listed on early disclosures are Timothy Collins, Jerry Kroll and Peter J. Sprague.[1]

The KleenSpeed EV-X11 high-performance electric race car won the ReFuel Electric time trial four years in a row.[citation needed] KleenSpeed converted several cars building an integrated lithium battery system each time. KleenSpeed works on battery management systems.

The KleenSpeed World KAR was announced at the 2012 San Francisco Auto Show.[2]

The company is based at the NASA Ames Research Center at Mountain View, California.[3]
