Manatal was founded by Jeremy Fichet and Yassine Belmamoun in 2018. Fichet continues to serve as the CEO and Belmamoun as the CTO.[4]
Prior to the creation of Manatal, the founders have been involved in the technology and HR sectors for years. This led them to notice that a large portion of companies did not use any recruitment software and still operated with traditional tools such as Excel or outdated legacy solutions.[5] This birthed the idea of the company and led the founders to launch Manatal.[6]
