QuickMD is a US-based urgent care, opioid addiction services, doctor's notes, and counseling Telehealth service provider.
Overview
QuickMD was founded in 2019.[1] QuickMD uses proprietary synchronous videoconferencing software and mobile apps to provide remote direct-to-consumer medical care to patients in the United States .[1][2]
QuickMD was the first service to provide MAT fully remotely via telemedicine and coined the term TeleMAT.[1][3][4]
QuickMD refers patients to counseling for their opioid use disorder as part of medication-assisted treatment (MAT).[5][6][7]
QuickMD also provides online doctor's note services. During the COVID-19 emergency it became the provider for travel notes required for airline passengers who had a positive COVID-19 test.[8][9]
