RatchetSoft, LLC is a US-based robotic process automation software and services company that enables organizations to automate computerized processes and integrate external data sources into existing desktop, browser-based, and legacy applications without requiring changes to these existing applications.

RatchetSoft's flagship product lines are Ratchet-X RPA for attended bots, and Ratchet-X Cloud RPA for unattended and hybrid bots. Ratchet-X and Ratchet-X Cloud RPA are distributed globally direct from the company and through its network of 75 system integration partners.

RatchetSoft was formed in 2003 in Manhasset, New York.
