Cube toast

Cube toast is a dessert dish that consists of an unsliced but hollow block of brioche bread cooked as French toast and given fillings such as vanilla ice cream, granola, mochi, Pocky candy, cubed pieces of French toast, fruit and chocolate sauce.[1][2][3]

The dish was invented in 2016 at a restaurant named "Double Chin" in the Chinatown neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts.[1]
