Czech and Slovak Testing Board
The Czech and Slovak Testing Board (CaSTB) is a non-profit professional organization that supports and promotes the discipline of software testing in Slovakia and the Czech Republic . It is one of the many software testing certification boards that are national member boards within the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).[1]
History
The Czech and Slovak Testing Board was founded in 2006 as a non-profit organization, an association of specialists dedicated to good practices in software testing as well as information systems.
The Board consists of volunteer testing experts from a wide range of organizations: the IT industry, consultancies, training providers and other professional and scientific/academic communities. The CaSTB is a Member Board of the ISTQB and as such, it is the single legal representative of ISTQB in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
