A cobra catamaran is a type of catamaran that uses a crew of one or two people on a trapeze. The boats have a sail area of 14.8 square metres, a length of 5 metres, beam of 2.1 metres and a total weight of 77 kilograms (170 lb).[1] The boat can be used for racing or as a pleasure craft.
