MGD PM-9 was a French submachine gun, designed in the late 1940s or early 1950s by Louis Debuit. It was a delayed blowback weapon, firing from an open bolt; it used a rotating flywheel as a delaying mass for its bolt, which was highly unusual. The design was never mass-produced.
