The Ruf CTR 2017 is high performance sports car manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Ruf Automobile. The vehicle made its debut at the 87th Geneva Motor Show in March 2017.

History

So far, there have been Porsche models modified by Ruf. Although the CTR 2017 is similar to the Porsche 911, it is the manufacturer's first completely self-developed vehicle. A monocoque made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic with a screwed-on subframe made of tubular steel and light metal serves as the basis. The body in the style of the Porsche 964 is also made of a carbon fiber laminate. As a result, the dry weight of the vehicle is only 1,200 kg (2,646 lb). The CTR 2017 is priced at 892,500 and only 50 examples of the 2017 CTR are to be produced.[1][2] They have been produced in Pfaffenhausen since 2019.[3]
