The National Grants Management Association (NGMA), is a professional association dedicated to the profession of grants management. Founded in 1978, NGMA currently has over 5,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.

Certification Program

NGMA offers the Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) certification which is based on demonstrating certain education and experience requirements and successfully passing an exam on a broad body of knowledge for grants management.
