Program designer
A program designer is the person responsible for the overall design of an internet or interactive project. Relying on a broad base of visual, media and computing skills, the program designer shapes the project's look and functionality from initial stages to completed project. Unlike the project manager, who has broad budget and scheduling responsibility, the program designer oversees the artistic and functional direction, and therefore relays plans and specifications to the visual designers, interface designers, developers and project manager in order to construct the program. Similar to an information architect, the program designer does not necessarily dwell in the domain of information per se, but also may venture into instructional design, application design, and the overall design direction of those types of projects.
3. Introduction The program planning of this assessment is over family violence. This report introduced with a proper solution program over mental health counselling and the prevention program over anxiety, depression and suicide. The survey of the program is arranged over College students of a certain location. However, all the parameters over these program activities are represented here. The program objectives, goals, strategies, budget, activity template all are included in this assessment. This report over assessment 3 helps to understand the process of the program. As a staff of Community Health Agency, I will represent the steps and the theory which are used in the program to reduce family violence and any kind of gender discrimination. The aim of the assignment is to educate the College students of Horsham College. The age limit of the students will be 7 to 9 years and they are trained over the gender equality. The name of program is Partnership working together. Therefore, from this assessment program, the logic diagram is easily evaluated and this is also included in the report of this assessment. 4. Problem Analysis The students of a College of Horsham are target to develop their thinking over family violence and gender inequality. The program is arranged to prevent the primary family violence. It has been noticed over that particular area, that women are often come with frightening problems and problems over intimidate in public places. Moreover, one of the Colleges which are situated in that area was suffering from gender discrimination (De Paola & Scoppa, 2015). There was no football team of Girls. Taking alcohol is one of the main problems of that particular area. The drunken condition was the reason for two violent deaths of women in that area. After this two incident, there was published a tabled from Vic Health. According to the tabled, it was stated that the College has to decrease the amount of violence. Also, the culture of the College society needs to be changed. The organization decided to give $250,000 per year to expense over that program activity. At that condition, Victoria Health Organization decided to give some amount to the College of that area. Before taking the amount, there is a need for proper planning which will be implemented through this certain amount. This program initiated the mission, vision and the total activities of that campaign. Different kinds of theories are also considered to forward the activity of the program. Therefore, it is said that the problem is related to some society violence and that's why this kind of program activity is arranged to decrease the violence of society (Cavalcanti & Tavares, 2016). 5. Needs Assessment After analysing the whole problem, the need for that kind of program and the beneficial effects of that program will easily be detected. The need for this assessment is it helps to understand the principle for the development of any organization. For any kind of development program, how any process will be utilised by the organization is also detected from such kind of assessment. Moreover, this assessment helps to develop the congruence between the organizational needs and the individuals. Bradshaw's typology of needs are described here t elaborate the needs of the students of the college. There exists four steps in the Bradshaw's typology of need and they are as follows: 1. Felt In this stage the need of the audience has o be understand by the applicator. Individually perceived the demand of feelings is recognized through this typology. Here the students of the college have to demand to understand the definition of family victim and gender discrimination. They must not understand the victims as typical rituals of the society. First of all consider the demand of the target population. Here the target population is school student of Melbourne and demand is o reduce family violence and gender discrimination over women. Intervention components of the program must be fully considered and supportive towards the demand of that target population.
2. Expressed After feeling the situation the demand expressions are expected. According to the demand which observer felt, has to be represented through expressions. Students must be expressed their feelings after they recognized the importance of the situation. 3. Normative This step recognized the professional judgement over the demand. After analysing the expressions of demand, it is mandatory to take professional judgement. The drivers of that program which reduce the family violence and the gender discrimination of the area of Melbourne must include change of the organizational structure and the curricula of social work. 4. Comparative Comparison between similar attributes is described here. Here comparisons are based on the needs of the demand. The role of competency drivers is to promote the competence model-pertinent. Driver can set the program as per the demand of the situation ad which is acceptable by the students of that School. Implementation Stages 1. Exploration In this stage the need of the training program is detected. Testing of the intervention components are also completed in this step. 2. Installation of program Resource is gathered and organization preparation is also done in this step. Here the resource will study materials and gaming and activity tools. 3. Initial implementation In this step, driver's of the program must be adjusted as per the demand of the program. If any changes is required according to the program are also adjusted in this step. 4. Full Implementation The benchmarks of the outcomes and achieved fidelity are identified here. 6. Program theory of change Evidence Base Abusing is under family violence and domestic violence. Abusing is whether physical or emotional there is a touch of mental disorders. As per the different survey it is seen that women are mostly considered as a victim of any kind of abuse. As per the report of Parliament of Australia, 2019, it is stated that men in society are the abusers. Here an area is considered as the implementation platform of that particular program (Greenberg, 2006). A rural town of Horsham which is situated 300 kilometres from the city of Melbourne. The evidence which is the proof of gender discrimination is on that rural area women are considered as the worker of canteen and men are not considered as the player of netball games. On that town, there was a murder case in the last year, so that the members need to be concerned about the violence of the society. Women who are from the rural or regional village area maximum suffer from such violence. The culture of the rural areas is not very much developed and the women are dominated by men. As per different studies published by the WHO, World Bank, United Nations and European Commission, it identifies the main reasons for the violence over women. The causes of gender inequality are also represented by the organization. The main three parameters are mainly responsible for that discrimination. Power, Lack of opportunity and the resources are not properly distributed into society (Kettner et al. 2017). As per the report of the Horsham, it was seen that this place is also faced with gender discrimination and the violence of society. As per one of the surveys over Southern Australia rural area, it is noticed that traditional rituals over gender plays an emphasis role over society. Power is mainly in the hand of a male in society and women are considered as controlled by men. More power gives men to do any kind of abasement over women (Our Watch, 2019). Reduce programme of domestic violence can be done through various kinds of entertainment, education and toys. These elements are used to spread awareness over the younger generation of the society. Another action plan which was taken by the National plan, are organized only for the women and the children of the society. Mental support and education are the two foremost parameters which have to be adopted by society to reduce such kind of violence. The program which was arranged in the town Horsham, break the stereotype of such program. Through this program, the principals and the teachers are also trained over various fundamental knowledge, implementation of the strategy and the tools which are essential for domestic violence reducing program education. However, some parameters must be considered in this program to reduce gender discrimination and domestic violence in society. The parameters are confidentiality, lack of privacy and anonymity (Parliament of Australia, 2019). 7. Program Design Hypothesis The theory which is discussed in the assessment 2 is over the changing theory of family violence. Therefore, if the students of that particular College are considered as the members of the program activity, then there will present both the boys and the girls. In that case, both man and woman are considered and the power is considered as equal among them. This can reduce the violence of the family and also decrease gender discrimination. a. Goals & Objectives The main goals of that particular program activity are to reduce gender discrimination as well as family violence of society. As per the research, it has been noticed that male is holding maximum power in the society and female is considered as the controlling element of the society. The target location has to be free from gender discrimination and family violence. Main objectives of the program are as follows: ● To analyse the problem of the particular target place ● To identify the reason for such violence ● To organise a plan of activity to reduce such problems ● To implement the activities over this community Feminist Approach The approach of the program is to give knowledge and influenced over feminism. The main purpose of the feminist approach is measured the right of women compared to the right of men. The diverse lifestyle of women in society and their contribution over family and society are also identified here. The motive of the program is to respect the fluid identities of the women and multiple functions of them. Opportunities which are available in the society must have equal right of men and women (Correll, 2017). The activities which cover by any feminist organisation are: 1. Working over the gender relation on women, men and the children 2. Detecting the impact of private and public patriarchy over women and men both 3. Rearranged the typical concepts 4. Define the egalitarian relationship in the society 5. Challenge the description of family which is monolithic in nature. 6. Separate the need of women and men These all are the motives of the activity program of that College. Students must be trained over these topics to understand the actual state of women
Strength Approach Orientation of the Goal: This goal teaches to take proper goals over any vital and crucial conditions. Assessment of the statement: Persons has to be identifying the inner strength and take proper stand by steps. Resource of the environment: Proper resource must be identifies by person which can be useful and enable the person to be active (Correll, 2017). Different Methods: Define various kinds of strength based case, so that individual strengths can be determined. Meaning full choice: According to the theory, persons must be very much exact over the hopes, resources and the strength of them. Therefore, it is said that, during the program activity, students must be very much conscious about their inner strength and also they are trained over approach of strength (Dubbelt, Rispens & Demerouti, 2016). . b. Target Population The target population of that program activity is the students Horsham college and the students must be from 7 to 9 age group. In that area, the increasing rate of the family victims is the reason to consider that place. c. Program outline 10 Sessions along with Outcomes There will be 10 sessions:

9. Program Outcome Evaluation Plan a. Identify the purpose of your outcome evaluation A survey is organized during the string of the program. After that the results of the programs are recorded in a record book. The record book contains the result during the mid of program activity (Feinberg `et al. 2017). At the end of the program another survey is also organised and records the results. However, from the tally report of the starting survey and the ending survey helped to evaluate and measure the outcomes. The main purpose of the evaluation of the program is to identify the knowledge which was gained by the target audience. Otherwise, the success rate cannot be detected by the organization. Decrease the rate of discrimination and family violence is the main purpose of the planning program. Therefore, if the result is not reviewed by the organization then the level of adaptation cannot be accessed by them. b. Indicators of what the program achieves As an indicator of various kinds of gaming session and quiz test was organized by the organization. Through quiz different questions over the fundamental knowledge over gender discrimination was asked. Activities are also part of this indicator program. After the review of the program through such indicators, it was noticed that every member of that region are well developed and gain knowledge about social violence. They also get enough confidence over such a sixth condition (Hilliard et al. 2016). c. Brief outline of the design of the evaluation including data collection strategy and data analysis strategy Data which are collected during the activity program must be very much authentic. All the data which are collected through a survey are primary. A clear conversation and communication help the members of the organization to detect the raw data from the members of that place. Data are analysed through various methods and theories which adapted in assessment 2. Design of the program is set through Different effective 10 inputs, after implementation of these 10 inputs must be very much beneficial. The budget of the programmer per year must be very logical because, before investment, proper planning is done by the organization. Different outcomes are evaluated in the context of the changing theory of the program.
