Realisor was a tool produced by Wovex BRM Fusion Ltd for benefits realisation management. This is now named Wovex.

History

BRM Fusion was founded in 2010 by Trevor Howes and Ben Sissons as a bootstrapped company. The core software product of BRM Fusion was the Realisor tool. Realisor was used by several international systems integrator companies and consultancies as well as many Fortune 500 companies with a requirement to undertake detailed benefits analysis and benefits realization management tasks.[1]

Realisor was given a bronze certification on 7 February 2012 by the APMG evaluation service for project management products.[2]

Trevor Howes went on to found Wovex Limited, whilst Ben Sissons and the other partners in BRM Fusion went on to found Reachal Limited.

In 2016 BRM Fusion was sold to Wovex Limited including all rights to the Realisor software. In turn, Wovex sold a perpetual license for the base code of Realisor 2016 version to Reachal Limited with the agreement they may use and develop the code in whichever way they wish. [3] Realisor was a Microsoft Windows desktop application. The current version of Benefits Realisation Management Software developed and owned wholly by Wovex Limited is 100% cloud-based and has expanded considerably.

Features

Realisor allows all standard benefits realisation management mapping styles to be modeled, and can be used to run complex cost capability trade-off (what-if analysis) to create cost / benefit optimized plans, before running through life reporting to ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle of a project/program.[2] Wovex now includes areas for business case management, assurance, planning, performance management, delivery management and prioritisation,
