Software discussion:List of .NET libraries and frameworks
Transferring entries from past versions of Wikipedia
This article has been imported from Wikipedia. However, the corresponding Wikipedia article has been drastically vandalized throughout its history, to the point where it is practically of no use to people who wish to find information on .NET libraries for solving particular types of problems (which was the most important of the initial intentions of the article). I have started some work on restoring information that was deleted through time from Wikipedia. Here are some links that may be helpful:
- One of the rare (maybe only two?) preserved historical versions of Wikipedia article's source from the 23rd of September 2016.
- Versions of Wikipedia article on WaybackMachine
- Version of Wikipedia article (compiled) from Apr 25, 2016. Although one of the early versions, it contains a reasonable amount of contents.
- Version from WaybackMachine from May 30, 2016 (compiled only, no source). This is the last preserved version (according to my knowledge) that still has a good deal of content preserved.
It would be great if this article could be restored to cover all the information its Wikipedia counterpart has contained at any time, expanded to include information on as many as possible relevant libraries and framework, with more basic information contained in this page and having detailed articles created on each entry contained in the article.
