Prima Curia is a practical church and spiritual organization based on ancient teachings of Jesus Christ. Prima Curia is from Latin meaning "first assembly".

Belief

Followers of Prima Curia believe in spiritual healing and prayer with purpose of a better life on earth. Beside the meditation, they do have spiritual exercises that they call "Devotional acts" usually found in the book "Guide" a series of advanced spiritual studies. Teachings are sent to members to be read individually for a period of twelve months during which an iniation occurs.The use of anointed items, natural plants, herbes and very often spices is also frequent.

Church today

Prima Curia has prayer groups and tries to reach more spiritual seekers as possible. This church is not affiliated with any other religious group, not even to the Prima Curia popularized by Mobutu. But the traditional practice of Prima Curia still exist in Brazil, Cuba, New Orleans, US, and other South American countries. Referring to: Candomblé Quimbanda, Palo Mayombe or Tata Nzambe.

Leader

The prophet of the church claimed Prima Curia to basically be a traditional Christian religion compared to Catholicism and also has some additional traditions founded in the years 1706 by a high priestess known as Kimpa Vita. He illustrated Kimpa Vita as one of the most powerful spiritual woman who had mastered the secrets of Prima Curia. He also added Kimpa Vita on the list of saints to be worshipped.
