Shorea laeviforia is a plant species in the genus Shorea.

Valoneic acid dilactone, flavogallonic acid dilactone, gallagyldilactone, ellagic acid and gallic acid are hydrolysable tannins that can be isolated from the heartwood of S. laeviforia[1] as well as two stilbenoids, laevifonol (an ε-viniferin-ascorbic acid hybrid compound) and laevifoside (an O-glucoside of ampelopsin A).[2]
