SpiritWars was an online, turn-based, strategy game built in the tradition of classic board games. It featured collectible trading cards and artwork in an online format. Game play ceased with the passing of game runner / programmer Randy Chase. His widow is currently seeking a buyer for the source code, domains and copyrights.
SpiritWars combines aspects of games like Magic: The Gathering and Chess, as well as other board war-game mechanics.
