Drepanis is a genus of Hawaiian honeycreeper in the subfamily Carduelinae of the family Fringillidae.
The birds are endemic to Hawaii.

Drepanis funerea -Extinct | Black mamo | Molokai. This species was first described in 1836 by Pelekuna Valley, and the last specimen was collected in 1907 by William Alanson Bryan who found the mutilated body of this unique bird species. |
