Amietophrynus fuliginatus is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae. It is known commonly as the Shaba Province toad or sooty toad. It is found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tanzania, and Zambia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
