Anarchopterus is a genus of pipefishes native to the western Atlantic Ocean.

- Anarchopterus criniger (T. H. Bean & Dresel, 1884) (Fringed pipefish)
- Anarchopterus tectus (C. E. Dawson, 1978) (Insular pipefish)
