Asquamiceps is a genus of slickheads that occurs in all oceans. It is one of nineteen genera in the family Alepocephalidae.

- Asquamiceps hjorti (Koefoed, 1927) (Barethroat slickhead)
- Asquamiceps longmani Fowler, 1934
