The Gansu toad or Minshan toad (Bufo minshanicus) is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae. It is endemic to China . Its natural habitats are temperate grassland, rivers, intermittent rivers, swamps, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
