Chrysoprasis hypocrita is a species of beetle in the family Cerambycidae (longhorn beetles).[1] It was first described by the German entomologist Wilhelm Ferdinand Erichson in 1847.[2]
Description
Chrysoprasis hypocrita is a brightly colored and metallic beetle.[3]
Distribution
Chrysoprasis hypocrita has been recorded in regions where other Chrysoprasis species have been found, such as Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay, Bolivia, and surrounding areas.[4][5]
