Crenotalea is a genus of Gram-negative and aerobic bacteria from the family of Chitinophagaceae with one known species (Crenotalea thermophila).[1][2][3][4] Crenotalea thermophila has been isolated from a hot spring from Okuhodaka in Japan .[4][5]
