Dynastor darius, also known as the daring-owl butterfly, is a species of butterfly in the family Nymphalidae.[1] the Daring-owl butterfly is best known for its caterpillars resemblance to a python as a form of Batesian mimicry.[2] It is native to Central and South America.[3]
