Eudonia asterisca is a moth in the family Crambidae.[3] It was named by Edward Meyrick in 1884.[4][5] It is endemic to New Zealand.[6]
The wingspan is 21–23 mm. The forewings are dull ochreous-fuscous, the basal and terminal areas suffused with dark greyish-fuscous. The hindwings are ochreous-grey-whitish with a distinct dark grey lunule. The hindmargin is suffused with dark grey. Adults have been recorded on wing in January.[7]
