Hemidoras is a small genus of thorny catfishes native to the Amazon basin in South America.

There are currently two recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Hemidoras morrisi C. H. Eigenmann, 1925
- Hemidoras stenopeltis (Kner, 1855)
