The Isarog forest frog (Platymantis isarog) is a species of frog in the family Ceratobatrachidae. It is endemic to Luzon, Philippines , where it occurs on Mount Isarog and possibly also Mount Malinao.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
