Pseudosimochromis margaretae is a species of cichlid endemic to Lake Tanganyika where it is only known from the area of Kigoma in Tanzania. It prefers waters with rock-rubble substrates, mostly at less than 5 metres (16 ft) but not deeper than 10 metres (33 ft). It can reach a length of 8.1 centimetres (3.2 in) SL. It can also be found in the aquarium trade.[2]
