From HandWiki
In combustion processes, a wet analysis is performed when water vapor is take into account as one of the products of the reaction. This analysis can be undertaken both on volumetric and mass basis. The wet analysis differs from the dry analysis as the latter considers that water vapor is condensed and removed from the hot exhaust gases.
Any analysis which contain liquid it may be water or chemical as rector, solute , solution or catalyst its wet analysis .
