Profit.co is an American SaaS company that develops an OKR and performance management platform.[1][2] The company is headquartered in Plano, Texas, with additional offices in Singapore, India, and Japan.[1]
History
Profit.co was founded in 2018 by Bastin Gerald.[1][3] In August 2022, the company raised $11 million in its first institutional funding round, led by Elevation Capital. At the time of the announcement in January 2023, Profit.co reported approximately 1,100–1,300 customers across 25 countries.[1][2][4]
Platform
The platform uses the OKR framework and a methodology called PEEL (Plan, Execute, Engage, Learn).[1][5] Modules include OKR management, task and project management, performance reviews, employee engagement, and analytics.[5][6] The platform integrates with third-party applications including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Jira.[1]
Recognition
Profit.co was named to the Constellation Research ShortList for Performance Management Platforms.[7]
