Negacyclic convolution

From HandWiki

In mathematics, negacyclic convolution[1] is a convolution between two vectors 𝐱=(x1,…,xn) and 𝐲=(y1,...,yn), giving the vector 𝐳 whose components are defined as

zk=x0yk+⋯+xky0−(xk+1yn−1+⋯+xnyk+1).

It is also called skew circular convolution or wrapped convolution. It results from multiplication of a skew circulant matrix, generated by vector a, with vector b.
