Cyber-Complex Foundation[1] (Polish: Fundacja Cyber-Complex) is a Polish non-governmental organization and research (NGO) based in Piątnica, Łomża County, Poland, focused on developments in information technology and computing methods. Foundation as a service provider has the identifier NCAGE 9A7CH within the NATO Codification System.[2]
The organization has participated in national and international events including the International Open Data Day,[3] Linux Vacation / Eastern Europe[4] and Ya!vaConf.[5]
The Director of the organization is Łukasz Świerczewski.[6][7]
The bodies supervising the Cyber-Complex Foundation are the Minister of National Defense and the Head of Łomża County.
Projects
Currently one of the projects implemented by the organization is IThena.[8] The topic of the iThena project managed by the Foundation has been covered many times by independent authors,[9] as well as during Internet radio broadcasts.[10][11][12][13]

Technology and collaboration with other organizations
The organization supports an open-source software model. Open-source technologies used at the Foundation include BOINC, Elasticsearch, Proxmox Virtual Environment,[14] and OpenHPC (official cluster installation registered 3/19/2021[15]). The Foundation also cooperates with the Open Source Lab at Oregon State University.[16]
Additionally, the organization supports an open data licensing model.[17]
Cyber-Complex Foundation is member of National Federation of Polish NGOs.[18]
