The G20 Affordable and Accessible Healthcare and Medicine Summit Series is an international initiative aimed at addressing the challenges of healthcare affordability and accessibility on a global scale. [1]

The G20 is composed of most of the world's largest economies' finance ministries, including both industrialised and developing nations; it accounts for around 80% of gross world product (GWP),[2] 75% of international trade, two-thirds of the global population,[3] and 60% of the world's land area.

Background

As part of this initiative, a 100-bed hospital was established under a public-private partnership with the Government of Andhra Pradesh's Aarogyasri Scheme.
