BatchSync V12 is managed file transfer software. It is used to copying, moving, and synchronizing files between a computer and a remote server running FTP, FTPS, SFTP/SSH server software.

- Like Allway Sync, GoodSync and Unison, it has the capability to remember the previous state of directories in a database, and thus also synchronize deletions.
