Acaste (/əˈkæstiː/; Ancient Greek: Ακαστη Akastê means "unstable" or "irregular" from akastatos) was a name attributed to two characters in Greek mythology.

• Acaste, the nurse of the children of king Adrastus of Argos.
• Acaste, one of the Oceanids. She was one among the companions of Persephone when she was abducted by Hades.
