Compsophis laphystius is a species of snake in the subfamily Pseudoxyrhophiinae of the family Lamprophiidae. The species is endemic to Madagascar .[2][1]
Habitat
The preferred natural habitat of C. laphystius is the riparian zone of humid forest.[2]
Diet
C. laphystius preys upon frogs.[2]
Reproduction
C. laphystius is oviparous.[1]
