Parapsallus vitellinus is a species of plant bug belonging to the family Miridae, subfamily Phylinae, that can be found everywhere in Europe except for Albania, Andorra, Greece, Lithuania, Norway , all states of former Yugoslavia, and various European and African islands.[1]
