Conferences
Functional Diamond has held several international academic conferences and symposiums, seeking to generate new ideas and forge connections among the research community. On 9 November 2022, "Functional Diamond Symposium" was hosted virtually on Zoom with 253 registers and 167 attendees. The objective of this symposium was to promote science exchange and collaboration and six researchers were invited to propose their ideas and innovative experimental research results on diamond.[15]
During 18 to 22 September 2023, another international conference "World Conference on Diamond Industry 2023" with the theme of "Gathering the Advantages of the Industry Chain and Creating the Future of Diamonds" will be held in Zhengzhou, China . The conference will be composed of multiple events including Diamond Summit Forum, the 6th China (Zhengzhou) International Abrasives & Grinding Exposition, the 2023 World Cultivated Diamond & Jewelry Fair, and the 2023 World Cultivated Diamond Design Competition.[16]
