Andrej Poleev (Russian: Андрей Полеев) was born on September 30, 1965 in a russian town Novotroizk (Russian: Новотроицк). After 10 years of compulsory education, he graduated from Leningrad State University (Russian: Ленинградский Государственный Университет) in 1988 with a degree in biology. His professional career began in 1989 at the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Leningrad (since 1991 renamed to St. Petersburg). In 1991, he moved to Salzburg (Austria), where he worked at the Institute of Molecular Biology. From 1993 to 2003 he worked as a scientist in various biomedical research institutes in Germany. The academic degree of Ph.D. in Biology was awarded in 1995 at the Institute of Genetics and Breeding of Farm Animals (St. Petersburg-Pushkin) based on his research on the genomic organization of human PAX8 gene. Since 2003 he acts as editor and publisher of the online journal Enzymes ISSN 1867-3317 and develops the theory of metascience. With his publications he contributes to the fields of psychoanalysis, linguistics, topology, and constitutional law.

Notable scientific contributions

In the field of psychoanalysis he has published a book Metaanalysis of psychoanalysis[1] and several related essays that complement and supplement his book.[2]

In a book first published in 2019[3], he summarizes his own observations in the field of schizophrenia research.

In the field of public health he published a case report written by Dr. med. Klaus Klempel[4] and his own book dedicated to the elaboration of the causal classification of diseases[5], as well as a book revealing the untold history of the hospital Charité in Berlin, Germany.[6]

In the field of anthropology and intelligence research, his most notable scientific contribution is a book in which he concludes that both the production of artifacts and the creation of an artificial environment or culture play a key role in the transformation of neurophysiological functions and the emergence of human intelligence. At the same time, he points out that narcissistic overestimation of one's own intelligence leads to conflict between „needful things“ and the natural environment.[7]

In the field of Christian science he published several books and essays, the most important of which are Manifest of a New Time[8] and a Russian edition of the New Testament.[9] [10]

In the field of interdisciplinary research and constitutional law he theoretically substantiated the mutually exclusiveness of democracy and constitutionalism as a consequence of a group and type theory in the sense of Alfred Whitehead and Bertrand Russell[11], and of a double bind theory in the sense of Gregory Bateson, Don Jackson, Jay Haley, John Weakland, and Paul Watzlawick.[12] [13] [14] In 2013 he summarized the above mentioned logical conclusions in a draft of the Russian constitution[15] which became the statutory law of the Community Rus’ (Russian: Общность Русь) in 2017[16], and after changing his citizenship by the deed signed on December 12, 2018[17] he released several decrees and prescriptions in the fulfillment of his tasks and duties acting as a citizen of the Community Rus’, as a director of the Foundation for Constitutional Development (Russian: Фонд конституционного строительства)[18], as a director of Charité, and as an insolvency administrator and guardian.[19]

In the field of criminology he announced the Reestablishment of the Nuremberg Tribunal[20] after revealing the violation of his rights and the abrogation of the order of law by governmental entities, legislative bodies, and international organizations.

Acting as a true regulator of scientific language he introduced several new terms (associatome, biome, octology etc.) and developed innovative concepts gaining meaningful insight into human nature and into nature as a whole. In a sequence of two books published 2006 and 2018 he introduced a holistic theory of space and explains how things and life emerge from „nothing“.[21] [22]
