Bale Messenger (Persian: پیامرسان بانکی بله, Yes) is an Iranian instant messaging (IM), voice-over-IP (VoIP) service, social media platform, and mobile payment app developed by the National Bank of Iran.[2]
History
Bale was launched in December 2016, with the goal of providing a secure and versatile messaging service that integrates financial transactions.[3][4] The platform preserves user data, transferring all personal information—including chat history, files, contacts, and media—to new devices without requiring a backup.[3][5][6]
