The Maruti Suzuki S-Presso (Japanese: マルチ・スズキ・エスプレッソ, Maruchi Suzuki Esupuresso) is a crossover-styled city car produced by Maruti Suzuki. It slots above the Alto and below the Wagon R in the Indian market. The car is marketed as a mini SUV or micro SUV by its rugged styling and high ground clearance.[1] The S-Presso is built on the fifth generation 'Heartect' platform and uses 40% high tensile steel.[2] It would be exported to countries and regions such as South Africa, Sri Lanka, Southeast Asia and Latin America.[3]
