Short description: Protein-coding gene in the species Homo sapiens
Generic protein structure example |
TERF1-interacting nuclear factor 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TINF2 gene.[1][2] TINF2 is a component of the shelterin protein complex found at the end of telomeres.[3]
Interactions
TINF2 has been shown to interact with ACD,[4][5] POT1[4][5][6] and TERF1.[1][5][7]
